Morningstar is one of the premier investment research sites available today.
Their Morningstar ratings are often cited by other sites because they offer comprehensive research and analysis you cannot find elsewhere.
The star ratings are free but most of their detailed research requires you to subscribe to Morningstar Investor.
We take a closer look at the Morningstar service in our review but we feel it’s a good value, especially after you get a discount with the code from our site.

What is Morningstar Premium’s Best Coupon?
Previously, when it was called Morningstar Premium, you could save the most by committing to a three-year membership because it drops the price from $449 to $349 after the $100 off coupon. This makes the service cost just $9.70 per month, which is a huge discount off the $29.95 per month price if you were to pay month to month.
$9.70 per month is less than how much it costs for a Netflix subscription ($12.99/month) – and Morningstar could help you find the next NFLX to invest in!
If you were to go with a two year commitment, the $349 is discounted to $279 – which means Morningstar Premium is discounted to $11.62 per month… which is still cheaper than Netflix!
But with the change to Morningstar Investor, this discount is no longer available.
Does Morningstar Investor Offer a Free Trial?
Yes, there is a 7-day trial and that trial gives you the exact same access you get when you pay for Investor.
This means you can try their premium service for 7-days to see if the research is really as good as I say it is.
Our review explains what is included in their analyst reports and detailed rating guides but I didn’t read through every single company (that’s just not feasible) but you can read a lot in those 14 days.
Just make sure you sign up through a link on the site so you get the discount just in case you upgrade your trial to the full premium service.
